Corinna von Bluecher is the owner of the Estate. Now retired, she visits the Estate twice a year.
Kayube Zambezi River House was build in the early 90's as the manor house for the Estate, growing citrus, vegetables and other crops. Now that the owner is retired the house is empty most of the year. The ground floor apartment is rented out only. At present the Estate grows only low maintenance Katombora Grass to keep some cattle.
The Kayube Bungalows is a 2013 addition to the accommodation options.
Karien Kermer manages the property. Karien is in Zambia since 1997 and apart from Kayube Estates, runs Wild Side Tours, a small local travel company.
In charge of service and housekeeping are Mary and Monica with their team Robbinah and Violet - they are from the area. Hagai, Martin, Biggy and Mike look after the big grounds around the house and the bungalows and there is a security guard on duty during the night who will keep the hippo's and elephants at bay. Dickson is the very competent maintenace manager and is assisted by Junior
