Corinna von Bluecher is the owner of the Estate. Now retired, she visits the Estate twice a year.
Kayube Zambezi River House was build in the early 90's as the manor house for the Estate, growing citrus, vegetables and other crops. Now that the owner is retired the house is empty most of the year. The ground floor is rented out only. At present the Estate grows only low maintenance Katombora Grass and keeps some cattle.
The Kayube Bungalows is a 2013 addition to the accommodation options.
Peter and Karien Kermer manage the property. Peter has been in the safari business since the early 80's, first in Kenya and since the early 90's in Zambia. Karien joined Peter in 1997 and runs Wild Side Tours, a small local travel company.
In charge of service and housekeeping are Mary and Monica - they are from the area. Hagai and Fredson look after the big grounds around the house and their is a security guard on duty during the night who will keep will keep the hippo's and elephants at bay.
